Fabulous location near the old town of Simione. The food was excellent and the host was warm friendly and extremely hospitable. The grounds are lovely, much like one's image of a classic Italian villa.

Excellent location - difficult for cars to drive into at certain times of the day when busy but once you arrive, it feels very remote despite being just a few minutes from the village centre. Stunning spot!

The room was amazing, the views beautiful (would recommend the lake view rooms). The breakfast was great and the facilities lovely and clean. Even on check out day we were allowed to use the pool and facilities all day. The lady is amazing, welcoming and very useful . Want to come back already!
