Room with nice view and excellent location. Lake is just opposite the house, there is a bar for drink, coffee and snacks in the house. Good parking lot available. Comfortable beds, nice size of the bath with everything you will need. Positively surprised since there were snacks, coffee, tea, jams, chocolate cream, cold water and cold soft drinks available and free of charge in the room. After a long traveling, this was great refreshment. Our room was with a big balcony overlooking the bar/street/lake which was a big plus for us. Quite neighborhood, but also near to the points of our interest. We even manage to go to the old town of Sirmione by foot ( ca. 45 min walking)

Nice clean and modern rooms, free parking, Garda lake is over the street - everything is near, also you will find bar at the first floor. We rented bikes from the hotel owner and those was provided us free of charge, so we visited Sirmione by bikes. Highly recommended, will book again when back in Garda!

Clean, comfortable room close to the lakeside and excellent playground with a bar-restaurant 5 minutes on foot, shops also 2 minutes away. Very nice host, comfortable beds and nice atmosphere.
