Nice big room with new bathroom. It is near the water but not near the old town of Sirmione - around one hour of walk but the road is nice. Also, there is a great place for breakfast on the water and it is 2 minutes walk from accomodation

The breakfast was excellent! Location too. On the shores of Lake Garda, nearby of beautiful Sirmione. Lots of space for walking and enjoying nature. Hygiene and service excellent.

Staff was helpful and there was a busstop right outside and the waterfront promenade across the street. Big terrace for all rooms on the same floor and restaurant downstairs was always open.

The room was up the top of a few flights of stairs, great shutters to keep out the heat, needed. Located across from a beach and a bus stop at the door. Room is basic but fine for budget accomodation for three.

What you can expect from a hotel of this rating depends on what you compare it with....maybe in your own country.... for me this hotel was better than I expected....some quirkiness but that's to be understood. It was some way to the centre of Sirmione but this too was reflected in the rate.

Location is great, the room is big and clean. Maybe a little bit old style but good value for money. free parking is a bonus. Unlucky staff isn’t friendly and helpful.

Basic budget hotel. Free parking available around the hotel. Air conditioning. Daily cleaning. Met our simple expectations, we were happy with our stay. We did an entire day walking trip to Sirmione city centre, left the car at the hotel parking and came back late afternoon, it's not that far. Around the hotel, you can find plenty of good restaurants.
