The staff was professional and quite helpful. The location was good, the peninsula was not very close but could be reached with a nice walk by the lakeside.

Everything 🙂 the hotel was spotless clean and although we stayed in a standard room we still had a lake view and it had everything we needed and as I said was very clean. We also had a lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers which we used on one day of our holiday as there is so much to do outside of the hotel we didn’t have time to sunbathe. We honestly can’t fault the hotel. The staff always had a smile and a big hello and went above and beyond to help with any questions we had and were extremely helpful helping us organise trips etc. All in all we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Hotel is a little out of the way from the centre of Sirmione(about 20mins walk) but a short 5 min walk and there is a bus stop where the shuttle bus stops and for 2 euros takes you right down to the castle entrance and into the Old town which is beautiful.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the pool facilities were beautiful and the breakfast and gluten free options were great! The bar and food was very reasonably priced too. The rooms had easy to use air con and the beds were comfy, they had everything you needed all the basics and the hotel and facilities were extremely clean and tidy. The mini bar was complimentary on Arrival but then wasn’t refilled.

Great breakfast, so much choice. Good-sized rooms with a large balcony. Helpful staff on reception. The pool area was nice too with a good amount of shade.

Great staff that could not do enough for you About one and a half miles from the centre that suited us as we like a good walk there was a shuttle bus every 15 minutes into the town about a 3minute walk to the bus stop Nice swimming pool breakfast mostly continental except fried eggs every other day on the other day scrambled eggs

Modern, clean and bright. Pool was excellent and although it’s small we could always get a lounger. Food at breakfast was lovely.
