The room had a great view of Lake Garda and had many nearby restaurants. They provided breakfast in the mornings and had bikes you could take around the area.

The room was great considering the price. It had a large balcony with a nice view of the lake! Free breakfast which was great and the staff were really nice & helpful

the Breakfast was nice and the location was well deserved by buses(summertime). Also i had a room with the view on the lake it was super cool.

The house is situated on the coast of the Lago di Garda with good parking spots (for free). We had a great view of the lake with a large balcony (the perfect place where to spend the evening :). The breakfast was rich and tasty (possible to eat inside or outside with a view towards the lake). The area is also good with a big supermarket nearby. We walked by foot to the Sirmione city centre (around 5 km one way). I would be happy to come here again!

We enjoyed one week of vacation in this place. Every morning there been fresh products at the buffet, coffee was hand-made and served at the table. Housekeeping took care of us very well too. Even if we denied the cleaning, the moment she saw she was asking if we need something. Very kind. Balcony with lake view been our highlight. Perfect spot on the most southern part of the lake. As well as the location, you can easily get everywhere you want to go by foot but still be separated from the crowded area in Sirmione to still be able to enjoy some relaxed moments at the lake.
