A charming little family-run hotel with a great location, historic centre within walking distance. Owner is reallly kind and does everything to make your stay perfect. Breakfast is fine with fresh pastries and cold cuts. Our room had a balcony with a nice view on the lake A great accomodation to explore Sirmione and the surroundings.

- very friendly hosts - very clean rooms, bathrooms, swimming pool, property - good location on walking distance of Sirmione & the lake - we had a room with lake view - well working airconditioning

Very friendly host Dona! Simple but descent breakfast, good coffee. Nice swimming pool. Clean, quite comfy beds. Good location close to the coast, but not near the main road, so it was easy to get there and leave the place by the car.

Donatella, the owner, was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and the swimming pool was a nice size and had plenty of sun loungers to accommodate all guests. The neighbourhood was quiet and was a 30 minute walk into the old town or alternatively there is a regular bus service which stops nearby. There are plenty of nice places to eat within 10 minutes walk.

Great little place with extremely nice and helpful lady running the place. Good breakfast on the terrace and €4 Spritzs in the evening! Roughly 30 min walk into town and the bus back suited us. Great restaurant nearby ,31 Cucina. Excellent and reasonably priced.

Location was fine- easy access to the shuttle bus in to the historical centre. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pool was great and very clean.

The hosts were so kind and accommodating. The room was spotless and had a lovely balcony. Pool was very relaxing and there was a great breakfast included!
