Awesome location. Beautiful self contained flat in owners building. City centre meant that parking was a challenge but the owner found us a space in local (paid) secure car park. Flat was great. Little terrace to sit out. Fully equipped kitchen. Home from home. Excellent.

comfortable room with small kitchen, TV, nice bed, very homey. Location in old part of Ortigia is very nice. We could walk around the city and go back to the room and rest before getting dinner.

Amazing location close to the town beach and the old town Ortigia action. Mariella is a wonderful host who has very charming and comfortable self contained apartments. The one we were in has a lovely garden courtyard. The apartment has a nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. We would stay here again if in Ortigia.

Location was fantastic. Room was a bit old but it was comfortable and everything worked. Lovely quiet area off the street with a private sitting our area. Host was lovely and eager to please.

We had a great experience at the Palazzo Spagnia. Absolutely lovely host, helpful, friendly and sweet lady. The property itself was clean and cosy, consists all the neccessary items as one would need for comfortable life. Very close to the beach and to all the restaurants and souvenir shops. We really enjoyed our stay
