An excellent hotel in every way. It is located in the most beautiful part of the city, but is calm and quiet; it has an excellent restaurant; and the staff are superb, friendly, efficient, and helpful.

You cannot get a better location than this hotel in Ortega. It was fantastic and right in the heart of town. We walked everywhere with lots of good restaurants just outside the front door. My room was comfy and the staff very helpful, especially the wonderful young man who helped us with our car. Hats off to him. Breakfast was really well done, even my favourite fresh green steamed beans. Sitting in the outside restaurant looking at the old Greek pillars of the Duomo blew me away. That’s how close were to it.

Everything was perfect. The views from the windows was beautiful. Staff attentive and helpful. Breakfast full of delicious options. Central location a minute’s walk from the duomo. Close to some really excellent restaurants. Hoping to go back soon!!

The staff were excellent from the reception to the dining room and restaurant staff they could not do enough to help us. The room was spotless and the cleaners were friendly and lovely. Roberto the manager was fantastic. They were all so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel
