Clean, central location and beautiful room. Tea and coffee making facilities, water, juice, fruit and yoghurts in the fridge was a nice thought in the communal area as you enter.

Giulia is really kind and friendly host. The sea view is beautiful, we loved it. Beds are comfortable, shower was nice and the surprise breakfast was super lovely.

Beautiful view right on the water, and our host was very welcoming and friendly, helping us to organize taxis. Nothing was trouble for her and it made our visit so much better. Room was well designed, lots of storage and a wonderfully comfortable latex mattress. Facing east, it can be bright in the mornings so if you are a light sleeper bring an eye-mask! It's an easy 20 minutes walk to Ortigia though it can be pretty hot in summer so take your sunscreen. A few other tips: Parking is available but it's a tight squeeze down the ramp to your left...fine once you know it, but best for smaller cars. Most of the shopping is in Ortigia rather than nearby, but there are a couple of great restaurants 750m north as well.

The apartment is beautiful with a lovely view of the sea. It is about a 10/15 minute walk into the town which has loads of lovely restaurants. Would 100% recommend.
