Everything good, tasty breakfast, perfect location for the archaeological park, slightly longer way to Ortigia, but it was not a problem, free parking on the street.

Smal but clean beds, nice and cosy room! Excellent breakfast, very convenient location for visiting St Giovvani Grove and Ancient Theathre. Free Parking. Not far from the Ortegia Island.

Location is great. Very handy to walk to attractions and quiet at night. Breakfast had a variety of home-made and pre-packed, sweet and savoury. Very clean. The staff were lovely. There is free parking in the street.

Very good communication and instructions. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, free street parking nearby. The breakfast was exactly as on the pictures, delicious coffee.

Giancarlo made a very positive impression because of his heartwarming hospitality! Everything was carefully planned so that we felt home the very first minute. The room was very clean. I highly recommend this place because it is really close to the archeological park and the central railway’s station. On top of that you also have a breakfast included which was really good and sufficient ! Service and price are unbeatable.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. Easy to find parking nearby and you can stop the car in front of the entrance in order to move the baggage. Breakfast was good!

the room was very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Very clean down to the smallest details. Breakfast consists of a wide variety of desserts (Sicilian cakes, artisanal jams, cannoli, etc.) as well as ham, salami and cheeses. Very friendly staff. excellent value for money
