The location is just perfect, right on the seafront and also in walking distance to the main square and all attractions. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was immaculate throughout. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

The rooms, the decorations, the staff, the little beach near the hotel. We had the most perfect stay in this 5 star hotel. Thank you for everything and we are so looking forward to come back.

The location was perfect just so long as you arrive by taxi - dont even think about taking a car. You can walk everywhere in the town and getting onto the Syracuse side is fairly easy by public transport. The breakfast was OK, but could have been better if the selections on offer had been regularly replenished. The roof top restaurant and bar area was a great place to unwind.

Gorgeous room with a view. Amazing breakfast. Superb service, from front desk, Flavia and Chiara were fantastic! Flavia came in the car with us when we went wrong in Ortigia, and guided us in! Thk you! Great location and easy access everywhere. Quiet and very comfortable room. We used the gym which was quite enough for our short break! Pool area quiet and pretty. Enjoyed a drink on the roof to see a glorious sunset. Hope to return

It’s a very nice hotel located in the heart of Ortigia island close to most of the sightseeings. Cleanliness was very good and the roof top bar offered a nice panoramic view of the city! The staff were helpful specially Davide from the reception.

Everything! . The art deco/ art nouveau hotel is exquisite. The attention to detail was just fantastic. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable

Staff were incredible and couldn’t have done more for us during our stay. Hotel is beautiful and in the best location for Ortigia and has the most stunning rooftop overlooking the sea. Pool, air con and also breakfast was fantastic. Loved our stay! Would without a doubt stay again.

The property is newly renovated with amazing preservation of the historical architectural details. Very aesthetic and with high care for details. Breakfast area and rooftop bar with sea view were amazing. We got an upgrade which is also a nice gesture. They have spa facilities within the hotel. They gave us night treats ( sweets and chocolates) , it’s really a grand hotel vibe!!!
