The apartaments were great - big, clean, warm (we visited in the Winter time). The building was nicely renovated and had a lift, which seems to be not so common in Sicily. The apartament had everthing we needed included washing machine and a dryer, even an iron was provided. There was a great view from the balcony. The location is very good - a nice walk to Ortigia and very central for all other things. Parking was possible at the Street, free of charge.

We had booked a studio apartment but when we arrived we had been upgraded to a big apartment with a large terrace, ht tub and sea view which was such a lovely surprise. The bed was big and comfortable and we had a kitchen area, table and chairs and sofa and television. The bathroom was great with a large shower. The location of the apartment was perfect and we walked into town in approximately 20 minutes. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great location a few mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk into Ortigia. The apartment was modern and clean and had all we needed for a great stay. The balcony was as great and we found the 5th floor on our last night to watch a beautiful sunset. The hosts Veronica and Laura were friendly and helpful and allowed us to stay in the apartment until our bus was due to depart.

It has a great location outside Ortigia and is close to the highway if renting a car. The facilities are great and the rooms quite big :) Great location for family stays and romantic getaways alike :)

I love this place! We got very spacious and well equipped apt, beautiful interior. Seperate bedroom, living room and space to eat made our 3day stay comfortable. Very nice owners. Walking distance to astonishing streets of Ortigia. Highly recommened
