The location was good with it being right next to the I90 and surrounding restaurants. The room itself was what you would expect, it seems like the room was last renovated in the 2010s, so its starting to show its wear, carpet is dirty and stained looking, walls have lots of marks, some of the furniture like the chair is heavily stained. But most importantly the bed was clean and actually pretty comfortable, only had a few small permanent stains on the pillows. The bathroom was the big letdown of the room, shower was dirty looking with stains on the wall and floor that look like they could be cleared, but worst of all, the toilet wasn't cleaned properly with dried urine on the bowl edge. Gross!

Breakfast was well equipped with the usual breakfast choices. Everything was kept clean and full. Our room was spacious which helps when you have 4 people. It was near the Falls and restaurant we were going to which helped when we only stayed one night. Fridge was also spacious.
