Perfect SPA area, warm water in swimming pools and jacuzzis. Many saunas. Good food. Very close to the lake.

I highly recommend the premium 5 stars rooms, not the 4 stars. Receptionists are highly competent, waiters work very hard and they are polite. Facilities are exceptional, food is good, Hungarians cook very well. The beach has some sand and children can play.

It was a last minute booking for us (booked it on the day), so we knew that the prices are high, however we were expecting to get a fair stay for 85k forint/night. Everything was fine when we checked in, the parking is easy and have enough spaces. But the room was a disappointment. The bathroom was full of mould and the door handle was broken and falling apart. Food was also a disappointment. We stayed in many hotels before with my husband (in Siofok too for less money), but I think this hotel was the only disappointment so far. Definitely needs a refurbishment. The one interesting thing was for me that during breakfast the waiters are walking and cleaning tables together. Literally 2 waiters were cleaning our table front of us while they were chatting about girly stuff and there was no even a “good morning” or a smile at all for us. 🤨
