Location in the heart of Sintra, close to the bus and train station. Luxurious structure. Excellent comfort and quiet. Quality of the breakfast. Free water and coffee in the room and at the reception. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

The breakfast spread was excellent - the best we had in Portugal. Theresa at the front desk was lovely - incredibly helpful and friendly and sorted us reservations for Cajo which ended up being one of our favourite dinners of the entire trip.

Thé hôtel is in an ideal location to arrive and then explore the old town area. Taxi could stop in front of hôtel. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and coffee available with pods and machine in Libby all day. Also coffee Nespresso in the room. Very comfortable king bed.

Location of the hotel is excellent, right in the centre of the old town. We drove to Sintra and took up the private car park offer that is just a short walk away. Not only were our cars secure, on departure day the staff will collect the car and park it near by the hotel. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially Ella on the day of check in who gave us lots of information and great recommendations for eating out and extra things to do. Take her up in it. The rooms were clean, well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, still and sparkling water and a free mini bar, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the little reading room where you find a Nespresso coffee machine with a good selection of capsules and even some mini pastries, a lovely touch.
