Exceptonal location, a real gem in that regard. Self check in, and customer support was also very good throughtout the whole stay. Additionally, there's a very neat and convenient storage room in the main building.

The bed is comfortable. The room is well lit from natural light. The check-in is smooth, it was great that they sent the code before the check-in time.

Beautiful room and super location. Just be prepared for lots of steps! You are in a mountain town. Nespresso machine and pods, bagage storage in main house and door codes easy to use

The location was great if you want to be in the heart of Sintra. Walked to Biester Palace and walked home from Montserrat’s Palace. Less than a 10-minute walk to the train station. Loved the views out of the windows. Laundry room very convenient.

The staff was fabulous and helpful, they looked after every detail promptly and with great concern. The local manager Helena and the district manager advised us on where to go , best places to eat authentic Portugese cuisine at reasonable prices. Walking the steep cobblestone roads was a real challenge for me. So they arranged pick up at the door. We spoke with other couples staying there which was encouraged by the layout of the Casa de Pendoa. We will go back to Sintra again and will be telling all our friends to stay at this fine establishment.

It was a great experience to be in the middle of the vineyard. The views were amazing; you could see the grapes' recollection process from your room window. The owners were very friendly and there is a great place to eat close by.

The location was great but tricky to find in the dark (we were in the duplex, apartment 15). Good to be aware of the fact the apartment is accessible via a steep cobbled street that can be slippery after rain, but secluded and safe. We loved having codes to get in rather than keys! For a small place, it had good facilities and was super clean. Loved the two coffee pods left for us on arrival.
