The staff were so genuinely nice!. The hotel beds were comfortable and clean. For what you pay you can’t fault the royal hotel singleton. Also a big thank you to the staff member who when asked, put the football game on the tv for us so we could watch while eating.

The room was of basic but it was clean, comfortable & ground level as requested. Staff bend over backwards to for fill any request . The food is excellent & a reasonable price. This is the best value for money accommodation in Singleton.

We liked how quiet it was considering it's right by the main road. The room was cleaner than we wer expecting for th price. Handy to walk to everywhere.

It was a great place to stay, with a close drive to the vineyard we were attending a wedding at. The price was great too. I liked that the beds were separated, with an extra room, which worked well with our family.

They didn't have a breakfast but had a Bistro style menu for food after 6.00pm.

Great value. It had everything I needed for my stay. Great hot water and pressure. Bed was comfortable. AC and tv worked well. Parking was close

Very central to town, but unfortunately road works damaged the relaxing few days we stayed there, making our stay very uncomfortable. If the machinery wasn't brought into the carpark and left out on the road, it may have been a lot less upsetting, noisy and disruptive to us.
