The spacious room & good service, we were upgraded free on arrival to our surprise 😀 The carpets in the hallway needs to be upgraded..Should have some stuff/ eats in the bar fridge ,rather than being empty & working empty. The late check out was negotiated 1 day ahead at the reception, but on arrival the next day after shopping &being tired , the reception has not updated In the system, hence had to discuss request all over with the customer service reception, as if we hand not discussed earlier & justify our claim. I, in fact, had got a slip from the previous day of the late check out fee of $ 179 appx which was in the room , which I later handed over to the reception. You should have a request form to be filled in at reception for late checkout & fee mentioned to formalise this type of issue to be avoided. We wasted 30 min + in explaining the situation to the reception. This shouldn't have happened.

Spacious room sufficient for 4-5 family members, including kids. Toilet with bath tub and walk-in wardrobe are plus points.

Great size rooms although a little outdated now. Was able to check into our room a bit earlier which was appreciated after a very long flight. Staff were friendly with easy check in and out.

Room: Bigger than most we stayed in elsewhere. Breakfast: Choices available for from GBP 20 to GBP 32. Location: Fairly handy to shops and train, very good for those using medical services. Easy storage of baggage between booking out and leaving.

Comfortable rooms, clean and spacious toilet facilities with large TV! Most of which, the hotel staff was very accommodating. We had a patient traveling with us and our request for early check in and late check out was gladly accommodated despite a full house situation.

The quadruple room was very spacious and very clean. There was space for the children to sit on the floor to play. The staff were very helpful and attend to our needs as soon as they could. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and they replenish the items quickly.
