Reception staff was very nice, but restaurant one not so we ce been refused wine glasses to the room. The lady from the rooftop bar was also very nice. The room wasn't clean enough, there was plenty of short black hair (we both are blonde). The husband didn't want to sleep in there because of that, but I was too tired to raise an issue after many days of travel. No water in the room but empty jug..location good if you wanted to go to the beach but not to the airport, they do offer transport but it's very limited and airport pick up we could find it so we have to take a taxi anyway which was more expensive than taxi to marina bay! Overall it was average

The location is near to Changi Village about 15 to 20 minutes drive from Singapore expo. It is not near to metro station. Only transport is by bus or taxi. During my stay there, the swimming pool is under maintenance. Nearby hawker centre was closed for cleaning for 4 days.

Clean, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds, good,Wi-Fi l. Well located for the airport - GBP 18.50 taxi. Short walk to Changi Village Hawker Centre - good, diverse, inexpensive food and a park.

The room was nice and clean. I was disappointed with staff due to lack of communication. I requested one thing on my arrival but no reply.asked about the shuttle service no reply.

Great price, great location. Love that the rooftop pool overlooks Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong and Pasir Gudang in the far distance. Perfect place to just chill and watch the planes fly past too. Also, food in abundance at Changi Village. And minutes away from the beach. What's not to love. The exterior of the hotel might need a bit of work though, especially the parts that not facing the road.

Nice hotel for a layover in Singapore. Rooms are basic but comfortable.
