The payable total price may be increased by 1% due to the GST increase in 2024.Housekeeping and change of linens are done only on a weekly basis are not available on weekends and local Public Holidays.Full advance payment of entire duration of stay is required prior to check-in.For reservations that are less than 29 days, a damage deposit of SGD 500 is required on arrival.For reservations that are more than 29 nights, we will inform you of the refundable security deposit required on arrival.This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception is only open on weekdays 9AM - 6PM.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

pallavi “Fantastic location, staff, room - would stay again happily”
Excellent location , good clean room , excellent bathroom , more than enough toiletries and towels provided. But more importantly the staff is exceptional and we’re so helpful. They made my stay memorable and really appreciated their help in resolving issue even out of hour.the laundry machine works well as does the dryer. There is a good iron in laundry room. Room is compact (as as many spaces in Singapore)and I was upgraded to a standard room which was much appreciated as I ended up with double the bags I came with and the standard room was about right size to hold my stuff . The standard room would work well for a couple also. The kitchenette is all right for heating up food in microwave, making tea/coffee and I made instant noodles on the hot plate and it worked fine. The mini fridge also decent size to hold essentialsfor breakfast.lovely terrace with bbq that I didn’t get to use due to lack of time. Same with pool, it’s small but would be good to lounge about

Our stay did not include breakfast. As we had no neighbour in the next apartment, it was great that we did not have to share the kitchen. Located next to bus stop that goes all the way to Bedok Interchange. Location was great , opposite I12 Katong and 10 mins walk to Parkway Parade & Hawker.
