For entry via Car or Taxi, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for free complimentary admission into the island. For entry via Sentosa Express monorail, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Express monorail's ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) to exchange for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6pm, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance.In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.

the hotel is in a good location close to sky rail. They give you a selection of snacks when you arrive which was nice. They have an adult only pool and a kid friendly pool. Filtered water is offered in room. They have a nice checkout time at 12 noon. Great shower !

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service from all staff — from the front desk to housekeeping — was superb. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which made our experience all the more pleasant. The room was equipped with modern amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We also enjoyed a fantastic view from our room, which added to the overall experience. However, finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge, especially if arriving via the monorail. It involved quite a walk, including navigating through the Village Hotel to reach Outpost. Additionally, the lighting on the steps after crossing from the monorail was overly bright and rather blinding at night, which could be improved for guest comfort. We dined at Sol & Ora, and the food was excellent. One issue we encountered was that the staff did not verify if we were hotel guests — a necessary step since guests are entitled to a dining discount. Because we made our reservation independently and not through the hotel, it was assumed we were not guests. Thankfully, the Outpost Hotel staff were very helpful in resolving this, and the restaurant refunded us the discount a few days later. Although it wasn’t the full 10%, I truly appreciated the follow-up and their commitment to good service.

The room is well appointed, modern, and has good views of the sea. You can chromecast to the smart TV and watch youtube/Netflix. The hotel is just minutes from Imbiah station and there is a free shuttle to/fro Vivocity which is very convienient. There is a 7-11 close to the hotel and the swimming pools were large enough to have your personal space.

Location was good, walking distance to the beach and lots of the amenities. Pool at level 3 looks very inviting as well. Room was not replenished with toilet roll. Water supply did not work properly on the first night stay. Was not able to shower for at least an hour without proper explanation from the management until after the 3rd/4th call to the desk that we found out it’s an hotel wide issue. There was an event at the rooftop party which took up almost the entire rooftop bar. It states that it was still open to hotel guests but the event registration was so crowded and poorly managed it was blocking the entrance that we walked out.
