The location in the heart of Chinatown is excellent. When I needed an adaptor, the staff member was quick to offer me one on loan. My room had a window. It looked out onto a concrete roof and air conditioning compressors but I got natural light. The air con worked and I had a kettle and a fridge. Loved the carved wardrobe.

Location is absolute tops - Chinatown is on your doorstep, yet we had a wonderfully quiet stay. The Chinatown metro stop is also less than a 5 min walk.

The room had a moldy smell which seem to come from the A/C unit. The bathroom fittings were in need of some maintenance

Located in Chinatown, it is right between 2 MRT stations, Chinatown and Maxwell, offering access to 3 MRT lines in total. Plus the multiple bus stops nearby made travelling to the various tourist spots a breeze. Shops right outside the hotel were great especially the dessert right beside the hotel entrance is a must try. Chinatown's annual Chinese New Year bazaar was also in operation when we stayed and allowed us to get a lot of snacks for family back home.

It's in middle of Chinatown. The location is perfect. You have restaurant all around and you have access to free water everyday. The bed was confortable. The cleaning lady was so nice and polite
