The payable total price may be increased by 1% due to the GST increase in 2024. Please note that reception opening hours are 08:30 – 22:30 daily. Guests arriving after 22:30 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that air conditioning is only available 18:00 – 12:00 (the following day). The in-room fans are available throughout the day. Please note that parents with accompanying children below the age of 5 must book the entire dormitory room. (Refer to policies for information on other age groups). Please note that this property does not accept bookings made with debit cards due to resources. Guests must provide credit card information. Please note that all guests must present a non-Singaporean passport upon check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Hostel staff is very nice and helpful. Pods are equipped with 3 different lights, adjustable air flow, big mirror, 3 points you can hang your belongings and curtain (lockable from inside). They were comfortable, clean and safe. Hostel had free tea and coffee all time. Free self-service laundry at evening. There was many tables and chairs where you could eat, drink and read at any time.

Location and price. It was so easy to commute to any part of Singapore either via bus or MRT. Price is very affordable and the ability to do laundry for free at night is a huge plus.

The girl in the reception her name was Yen was vary helpful, we were looking for a place to sleep between our flight ,with early check in around 11 am and early check out the same day! After a demand via email they said if its an available room we could get it earlier. When we reach the hostel Yen gave us the keys for the check in immediately..👌😁
