I had a wonderful experience at The Fullerton Hotel, and Shawn made it even more special. He helped us with check-in and accompanied us to our rooms along with another team member who spoke Korean. We visited Singapore during Lunar New Year, so it was an unforgettable and heartwarming surprise to receive traditional Korean rice cakes, which are usually eaten during this holiday. We never expected to have Korean rice cakes in a foreign country, and this thoughtful gesture made us feel truly welcomed. Shawn was incredibly friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the breakfast at Town Restaurant. The food quality was excellent, and everything looked fresh and delicious. I especially appreciated the variety of options, including traditional English breakfast, Singaporean-style breakfast, and Chinese breakfast. With so many choices beautifully displayed, my family and I had a wonderful and peaceful dining experience. Another highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. They were always kind and greeted us warmly whenever we passed by, making us feel truly welcome. The room condition was excellent—everything was spotless, and the housekeeping team maintained it so well that I had absolutely nothing to complain about. What makes The Fullerton Hotel even more special is its rich history. As a beautifully restored heritage building that was once Singapore’s General Post Office, the hotel itself is a historic landmark. It offers a unique charm that you won’t find elsewhere. For those who appreciate classical elegance and historic value, The Fullerton Hotel is the perfect choice. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I deeply appreciate the outstanding hospitality. I will definitely return when I visit Singapore again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We booked this for our last night in Singapore before flying home. Our rate included SGD200 Dining Credit and we had a wonderful dinner and room service breakfast. With the ‘restaurant’ we were just literally eating in the main atrium with people walking by, I’m not a fan of this style of set up but that’s just my personal opinion. They granted us a late check out until 2pm and then we could leave our luggage and when we returned back later to head to the airport, we were given a pass to the Spa to use the facilities to shower and change which was an enormous plus point. Our room was huge, clean and comfortable. Every staff member we dealt with was so polite and helpful. If we ever returned back to Singapore we would stay here again for certain. Location is fantastic.
