The location of the property is very prominent, very close to many shopping malls with the underground pass connected with the train station. The breakfast spread is not bad, and the service staff are very helpful in ensuring you are satisfied with your meal. The hotel also provides pillow mist which allows better sleep, which I really like!

Great location, beautiful decor in a very stylish and elegant way, lots of small touches which added to the positive experience like the waitresses remembering your name in the morning when leading you to your breakfast table, breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and different options (both Western and local options). The service was amazing from all the staff you were very attentive and courteous. The room was really comfortable and the beds were excellent! There was a slight smell in the toilet from the drains but overall the toilet was very fancy even with a heated seat! We were really happy with our day and the location was so ideal for being able to walk everywhere or grab a taxi. highly recommend. I was also a complimentary mini bar that had coffee, tea and soft drinks which was replenished to buy the staff each day.

Lovely old hotel that is a cheaper alternative to the Raffles (but from the same era). Stay here and do lunch at the Raffles courtyard (about 10 mins walk). Lovely staff. Good breakfast.
