Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, quiet location not too far away from Orchard Rd. Good to be able to use the facilities at the main Shangri La hotel for free. Kitchen had a few food items like eggs bread and milk provided. Overall very good value for money

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean, quiet, comfy beds and a kitchen for small meal preparation. They even left us breakfast for the first day and a bowl of fruit. The facilities are perfect - great quite pool area, access to gym at the hotel next-door, off-street driveway for easy taxi pickup, friendly staff, laundry facilities and good room service. Easy walk to Orchard Road but away from the hustle and bustle of the main road.

the only issue with the room , there isnt a place to hand our handwash clothing.during the stay we do have invite visitors , but there is something we didnt invited her to come daily , but she can manage to take lift up , without the scan card . my visitors from oversea asked how can your front desk staff did not double confirm and let her access in .

Excellent service, great location, super helpful staff. Advised there was construction happening at property next door and there may be some noise during the day - didn't have any issues and there was minimal noise and disruption.
