Excellent location with close proximity to orchard road and many shopping malls. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Spacious room and very clean. Excellent breakfast with great variety, probably one of the best that I have had, definitely good value for the money!! Would definitely come back again!

The facility was very clean, comfortable, the service very great & the staff very kind, helpful & polite. The hotel is conveniently close to all public transportation, eateries & shopping outlets so we were spoilt for choice. The streets are safe to stroll even past midnight so the walks felt good. Bottom line, we loved our stay & I bet so will everyone else who chooses to stay in your property.

The staff especially manager mr Gaddafi, the staff at the lounge and staff/porters at the main front entrance, welcoming us in and helping us get into the taxi on our departure. My 9 year old son especially appreciated you all, and the cuddly bear he was given. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

We were most inspired by the coordinated , consistent teamwork with excellent and attentive service by Shathees, Dyana ,Nazwan and the rest of the staff. It's a rare experience to find hospitality staff so committed. The management should endeavour to keep and cherish these valuable members. They made us feel at home and relaxed. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast and all our meals especially the dainty 3 tier dessert selections. Commendations to the Pastry chef . Each dessert were portioned correctly , skillfully crafted and not overly sweet. The hotel is smacked in between buildings so though the view may be slightly obstructed , we found our room clean , quiet and comfortable. The location is great and convenient to walk everywhere. We look forward to returning again.

The property was ideally situated for Orchard Rd access and our room was extremely comfortable with lots of light, quality linens, and toiletries and one of the best shower head/water pressure combinations I've every experienced!! It was an absolutely delightful stay and the access to the lounge on 15th floor was an added treat - the staff there went above and beyond to care for our requests during the afternoon tea and evening cocktail hour - well done, Rizza and the pasta chef (sorry I didn't catch his name).
