Excellent hotel, good value for the money. They allowed early check in, which was much needed after a long flight. The Seven Eleven next door is also a plus. Compfy bed, great AC, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times before, and have mostly used the level 11 faciities which include breakfast, evening snacks and drinks and other services provided in a separate room. I have found this very convenient and the service excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location for public transport travel, and walking in Singapore, as well as being wonderfully convenient for my involvement with Singapore Management University, which is across the road and accessible by tunnel.

Perfect location, on deepest of the station Bencolen MRT. You can reach everywhere. You can walk everyplace if you like.

Free minibar: sufficient water and other non-alcohol drinks! Location: right on top of a metro station to the airport. Bus stop is also closeby for the airport. Enough shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff: professional and courteous. Desk, chair and wifi: good for computer work and a web meeting. Breakfast: Basic but good Asian dishes are offered, too. House keeping: professional and courteous - leaving a note instead of trying to come in when the "do not disturb" sign is on.

The staff were very friendly and made extra effort to assist us. The room was very clean, spacious & quiet. Lots of public transport close by. Pool & spa were great.

Staff were warm and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning was quite good especially since the weather was so hot and humid during our stay. And being close to restaurants and a 7-11 was so convenient. We would like to check out the lounge, the swimming pool and the live music at Reverie during our next stay.
