The room was beautiful and well appointed. I pad operated curtains, lights and t v. I had a parlour, bedroom and a bathroom.

This was a treat to myself and my partner with some money that my late mother left me when she died. It was amazing and well worth the money. We were very spoilt and lived every minute of it. The complementary Gin sling and chocolates on arrival were a lively surprise. Breakfast was great - served in the beautiful Tiffin room. We ordered dinner in our room which was lovely and then visited the long bar for a drink. The staff at the swimming pool area were friendly and welcoming - they could not do enough for us! Our butler was very helpful and made us very welcome. What a beautiful building too. It has been my dream to stay a night at Raffles and it did not disappoint! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience x

Lovely suite, great atmosphere and took the history tour one afternoon which lasted 2 hours and was excellent. Loved the Writers bar and the Courtyard for drinks. Excellent afternoon tea experience with a fantastic harpist playing all afternoon. Staff were all excellent, couldn't be faulted.

This was my second stay at Raffles. Everything was simply amazing. The butlers were always meticulous and the attention to detail was excellent. The room was luxurious as ever. Special thanks to Thomas, the Hotel Manager, for personally saying hello during my check-in process, that was dearly appreciated.

Excellent historic hotel that treats the guests very well. An amazing historic tour was included, as well as an excellent performance for the Chinese New Year. The staff were courteous and professional.

Very friendly staff and excellent rooms. Butchers Block restaurant excellent, which was certainly not the cheapest dinner we have had but we had free carol singers! Problem is that living in Guernsey we have such good restaurants at very reasonable prices and no VAT.
