The fine print
The payable total price may be increased by 1% due to the GST increase in 2024. Effective starting September 14, 2021, Park Avenue Clemenceau is unable to accept bookings of travellers required to serve Stay Home Notice (SHN) or Isolation (Reciprocal Green Lane / Air Travel Pass / Vaccinated Travel Lane). Housekeeping is provided 3 times a week, and does not include dish washing. The apartment provides free shuttle services to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (Monday to Friday).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

good location ,7/11 downstairs and supermarket upstairs, lots of restuarant and MRT within 5 mins. Free coffee everyday and washing.detergents and dish washing detergents, cleaning three days a week.

Very clean and staff are very friendly . Also they were very proactive and returned left behind AirPods. Staff are the difference. They are excellent! Location great!

Proximity to two MRT lines (DL and NEL). Quite central location. Good sized pool and coffee machine in foyer.

Staff were friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile as we went through each time. The facility was clean and we were able to make good use of the pool and gym. The property’s location was so convenient. The adjacent building consisted of a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and 24hour convenient store among other stores. The property was less than 5 minutes walk from Fort Canning MRT which is on the Downtown Line and made it very easy to get around the city. We used the MRT daily and it saved us money instead of catching a taxi or Grab. Definitely recommend, we’d love to come back the next time we are back in Singapore. Front reception staff (forgot to ask for her name) - but she went above and beyond. A++ for her exception customer service ;) - Mimi & David H (Australia)

The complimentary coffee and breakfast is a real surprise and big treat for us! The reception staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Housekeeping was impeccable and thrice a week as well. Pillow and bed super comfy. Definitely come back again!

The room was very spacious with 2 bedrooms a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It had a washing machine and tumble dryer which was very handy. Beds were very comfortable and they even have a supermarket next door and bakeries next door too. We were only a 10 minute walk to the Mrt trains which were amazing these will get you all over Singapore within minutes and don't cost a lot at all. You can use your debit card entering and leaving but make sure you have more than one card available (I used my iPhone which had my card on)

Spacious; 2 bedrooms and seperate lounge are hard to come by in Singapore. Also had kitchen and washing machine. Centrally located, yet in at area that was quiet at night. close to MRT railway station, and the lovely fort canning park.
