Our rooms was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of space to fully unpack. The bed gets 10 out of 10 - so comfortable. Having both a bath and shower was an added bonus. Housekeeping were super responsive when I asked for more tea and coffee. Perfect location for exploring the city.

Nice hotel. Great location. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Restaurant staff (Emporium) however were not attentive at all. We had to ask multiple times for our meals. Food came undercooked, no apology, overpriced, wouldn't recommend. Breakfast at Edge was great though. Lots of choice and very efficient at service. Staff at Plume were great, attentive and friendly. Door staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.
