Excellent location - easy walking distance to Haji Lane and Arab Street, Bugis St Market and shopping centres, Bugis MRT. Very comfortable accommodation, excellent daily breakfast buffet (except for Sundays). Great view from pool - although nearby construction works may change that in the longer term.

Comfortable and large apartment which was well-equipped with a washing machine, kitchenette and cutlery/ cooking equipment. Loved the windows and views. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Facilities were great - the pool had a superb view and was not crowded. The residents' lounge was comfortable and well equipped. Location was slightly far from the MRT but near to the bus stops and Arab Street/ Geylang Serai area. Enjoyed the stay!

The view of course. But the bed was excellent, kitchen well appointed. I cooked a meal one night, but restaurant seduced us. Bathroom lovely Comfortable lounge.

On the positive side, the location is excellent just a short walk to the nearest MRT station, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also located right across the street from the vibrant Muslim Quarter, which offers great food, culture, and shopping. The staff were helpful and polite, always ready to assist when needed. Our room was spacious, and we really enjoyed the nice pool area with a great view, which was a relaxing spot after a day out in the city.

Wow, what can't I say about this hotel. Great location, fantastic facilities and the suites have everything that you could possibly want or need. Easy walk to either MRT and lots of buses. Staff are amazing from the front desk, restaurant chefs especially head chef (was dressed in all black) and of course the fantastic housekeeping people. A hotel who still knows customer service. Well done and will certainly recommend.

Nice room with good service. The hotel location is superb, very close to the MRT. The pool is clean and has a good view. Hotel is also close to a cute little neighbourhood called Kampong Glam.

I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotless, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning view of the city — especially beautiful at night! The rooftop pool was a real highlight — peaceful, clean, and with an amazing view, it was the perfect place to relax after a day out in Singapore. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also great — close to MRT stations, restaurants, and plenty of things to explore. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were good such as the gym and pool as well as the lounge area with a pool table and massaging chairs. Convenience stores and main attraction of Haji lane/Arab street nearby.
