Cleaning days will be assigned based on the apartment floor allocated for the bookings.Physical IDs or passports are required for hotel check-ins in accordance with the National Registration Regulations (NRR).Please note that our front desk is manned from 07:00 to 23:00 daily. Any late arrival will be assisted by our night security.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We loved th location of the Oakwood Studios. the location is superb only a 5 minute walk to Orchard Road. Also very close to Mount Elizabeth hospital which we needed to attend during our holiday. We loved the fact that our room had its own kitchen also the pool and laundry made this pllave perfect for us. We would stay again

Good size, clean, 1bdr apartment, with a balcony allowing fresh air circulation and kitchen for basic meal prep. Kind and helpful staff, who also generously gifted solo guests a Valentine's Day rose! Loved the outdoor wellness spaces and water flavoured with herbs from the onsite garden. Quiet location, only 15min walk to Orchard MRT. I will stay here again.

Super location, easy to walk around or use public transport/ very friendly helpful staff /we were able to leave bags in reception after we’d checked out and use the pool on the roof before heading to the airport which made the day so much nicer! Very clean room and bathroom- thank you!

We loved our studio with a full kitchen. It is very modern and clean, with lots of lighting. It has all the chargers for your phone. The shower pressure was very good. It is in a nice area close to many shopping centres and cafes and to the train station.
