Everything is great at this hotel but specially the staff

Firstly we were charged the complete amount three days before our arrival which was quite surprising & against the policies of booking.com & secondly, the upgraded room allotted had issue of stink which was unrepairable by the hotel staff despite them accepting that there was a smell, however, they couldn’t trace its origin thereby causing lots of discomfort.

The location is just perfect as it is 2 mins walk to both the Mustafa Shopping Center and the City Mall. It would be the best hotel to stay in especially if you have the spend the day/night to depart again on the same evening or early next day.
