Location was great, easy to call for taxis. Tanglin Mall had the supermarket, cafes, a sports shop, and pharmacies. My hotel room was extremely quiet and it was cleaned efficiently every day. Hotel staff were superb- I would like to thank Ms Nurul, Ms Aqiah, Mr Tyson, Manager Ms Jen and Ms Irine for helping with my requests to extend my stay and being so friendly, patient and professional. The best hotel staff I have met thus far. Well-done and I really like staying here.

The staff were very helpful. There was a good connection to the mall next door. The room was snug but had everything one would need. Good geographical position and good value.

Location - I like being near Tanglin Mall. Beds very comfortable. Shower easy to use (e.g. water temp, which shower head etc... yes, in hotels, this can be a thing).

One of the few hotels in Singapore that has Halal-certified restaurant. Excellent choice for travellers looking for Halal-certified food during their stay.

Excellent breakfast options- great location to MRT nice to be close to the Botanic Gardens & slightly away from the City Centre. Cold Storage Supermarket in the adjacent Tanglin Mall was also a bonus.

Great location adjacent to RTM station and shopping mall for restaurants. We arrived early in the morning but were able to check in early (9.30). Staff really friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Buffet restaurant excellent choices for both breakfast and dinner. We didn’t have time to use the pool but looked lovely. Certainly our hotel of choice in Singapore

Filtered Water was a winner. Next to Tanglin Mall is great. Gym opening 24 hrs is great. Room size was good.
