Breakfast was included in the price. The location was good, close to the metro station. Basic cosmetics were in the toilet.

Breakfast was certainly not too the western taste, the staff were overrun, couldn't keep up with demand. Food was not good, quite swalid throughout.

Affordable for Singaporean standards.. Bars and restaurants close by. Area isn't the most family friendly, it does have a playground across the road.. Seem to have number of adult entertainment venues close by. But I would return..

Clean and comfortable, it is a budget hotel so don't expect 5 star luxury. The breakfast is Asian inspired but tasty.

It was a quiet hotel and I really liked that. I also found the working team at the hotel great as well. There are a few standouts for me and that was the breakfast chef and the 2 colleagues serving behind the bar. Once you start to speak with them I found that any language barrier we may have had we overcame this. There are many negatives written about the hotel especially about the staff being rude....well I just want to squash that myth as the team behind reception deal with one thing at a time and if you go up to them don't just wade in and expect them to be at your beck and call just wait a moment and they will acknowledge you and give you their whole attention. I also found when I checked in they were looking after me when another guest dashed to the reception and demanded they sort her room card... obviously as I said they deal with one thing at a time so as to get everything right for the person they are dealing with. There was even a time when a guest was shouting at them but the receptionists were calm and collected...No doubt this guest will write a bad review however in my opinion this guest was very rude...you don't get anywhere being rude.
