Staff were all incredible. Loved the breakfast. The pool area could do with an upgrade. Very little shade and the bar area was not manned for a good part of the day that we spent there. There are no comfortable seating areas around in the reception areas of the hotel if you need to spend some time waiting for a late night flight. Bedroom was lovely.

All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Loved our room on the upper floors. Our first room was on 3rd floor and felt rather dark and air-conditioning was too noisy to sleep with.

Location is good, right in the middle of the shopping area with lots of restaurants. There are lots of PowerPoints in the room to charge all the gadgets. Bathroom is of good size and is well appointed.

We were very happy to receive an upgrade for this special trip. The room was very large and well decorated. The beds, duvet and pillows were all very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful whenever we had any questions. The interior of the hotel lobby was really impressive and clean. The location is excellent - Bugis is close to many interesting neighbourhoods, shopping malls etc. It was good to know that we could access gym, sauna and pool, though sadly we didn't have time to visit these.

The whole intercontinental is an amazing place, it’s near by to every hotspot and the service is always good. I would to stay longer,… good breakfast everyday, nice service 24/7 a convenient location to different malls. Thank you to all the team of the intercontinental for celebrating my birthday!!!

The hotel was wonderful, they even gave us an early check in and a room on a higher floor ! The staff were excellent and very helpful & the concierge went above and beyond to help us :) Our housekeeper room man was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for our entire stay ! We loved the location, right in the middle near everything. We will definitely be staying here again and we highly recommend the hotel . Breakfast was absolutely delicious too !!!
