The location was close to a lot of things including the venue we wanted to attend. Access to transport was also available and the only draw back is some of the locals told us to be careful as solo female travellers due to unsavoury establishments being located around the hotel. But we didn't have any issues at all during our stay!

Second time here. This hotel as well as other IBIS Budget Hotels are the best value for money in Singapore. Friendly, efficient reception, clean good rooms, good Wifi, easy to reach by bus or MRT. Perfect for prople who just need a good place to sleep.

I liked the accessibility from airport and reasonable price. Staffs were so nice Jega, Kah meng, Diyanah. They were friendly and helpful. Room size is a bit small, but fair enough in consideration of price

I really like the location—it's very convenient and enhances the overall experience. The staff are professional and polite plus, they accommodated me by providing the room 3 hours before the check-in time, which I really appreciated. I booked a Superior Double Room for my stay, and the pictures on Booking.com showed a double-window room. However, the room I received only has a single window. I checked with the reception, and they confirmed that the room I’m staying in is indeed the Superior Double Room. The room is extremely small, and I feel like I overpaid for it, especially compared to my stay in Malaysia. While I understand it’s a budget-friendly hotel, the room size is quite disappointing for the price.
