We expected very little space outside the bed, but it turned out to be as much as the bed itself. It was enough for us. We stayed for 9 days. We used the pool twice a day – perfect for the hot weather. The staff was excellent. There are only a few rooms per floor, so it was pretty quiet. The location is just top-notch – 5 minutes to Chinatown where you can eat cheaply, and 12–15 minutes to the city center.

Great budget hotel. Perfect for a quick layover. Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are teeny, tiny but for the price that’s to be expected.

Excellent location for exploring the city with easy metro access, a few minutes walk to the numerous restaurants at Clarke Quay, 10 minute walk to both Chinatown and Raffles Place and 25 minutes to Gardens by the Bay. Very friendly staff, small but functional room overlooking the pool. Basic breakfast menu provided at the cafe next door with additional items available to purchase.
