The staff were really friendly and helpful in organising laundry for us. Really good location, 2 minute walk from Bugis Junction. Easy access to MRT. The room was cleaned every day. 24hr reception desk made us feel secure.

Had a good and comfortable stay. Special thanks to the staff at the counter (Irene and Chloe) who were able to give us quite an early check in which was really appreciated! The room is small and the bathroom smaller than expected but overall it is compact and comfortable for a short stay of a few days. Cannot beat the excellent location right in the city centre and walking distance to so many city tourist attractions as well as the Bugis MRT. Staff was always very cordial and welcoming!

Easy location 7 minutes walk from Bugis MRT. 13 minutes walk to Arab street area There is a 7eleven on site Comfy beds, quiet room. Rooms are small but that’s normal here and this was good value for money

The location is perfect, as it’s close to everything. However, this is one of the most expensive and under-equipped Ibis hotels I’ve stayed at, even though I know there are better rooms in the hotel. This room is only suitable if you're around 150cm tall and just need a place to sleep and take a shower. The staff is super nice
