The hotel was older, but very nice. I was disappointed that a porter didn't help us with our luggage, he was inside playing on his mobile phone. The room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. There was no cable TV so not a lot to watch. The water pressure in the shower was very slow. The breakfast was really lovely with lots to choose from. A great shopping centre only a 10 minute walk and a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Overall I liked it very much

Large room, comfortable bed, staff friendly, good breakfast. Bus stop on the front of the hotel very handy for those who using public transport. We enjoyed our stay.

Need to improve the cleaner of the drinking glass etc and the bath hanger are loose and almost broken which effect the image of hotel

Friendly nice personnel, nice location - a bus stop in front of the hotel and a metro station and newton Food centre is about 15 min walk (there's a Michelin star corner/hawker at the Newton food centre, don't miss it!).

The aircond was not working at night, but since it was at 3am in the morning we didn’t want to disturb the reception. so we slept through the night

I know in this hotel got one lady which are very friendly handle our cares and our needs. Later on I found out she is the hotel manager name Alice . Her service is tip top even her off day also will pick up the phone and let her staff know what I needs and don't needs.
