Guests and visitors must pre-register at the Front Desk before presenting themselves in the room. All visitors are not allowed to stay overnight and must leave the premises by 11pm. The Hotel is a good standard 3 Star Hotel and that is reflected in the price. The room was very clean and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Access to transport was limited.

Located in Orchard Rd. area, not a long walk to the food, drinks, and nice shopping centers. Bus stop is nearby, MRT is not super close but walkable. I travelled for work so I didn't stay much in the hotel to use its other facilities. But all in all the room is nice and clean, not modern style but pretty spacious. Comfy bed too. The staffs are nice and helpful.

It is very close to Orchard, which has excellent food options, including hawker centers. The room is quite spacious for the price in Singapore. This hotel is also located near shopping centers and bus and train stations. And there is a potable water refill in the room.

Breakfast was okay, but I got an upset stomach after eating breakfast there for two days. Location was good as there are nearby malls, restaurants, and bus/subway stations. There was also a money changer and small convenience store in the hotel.

I enjoyed the Straits Chinese food from the hotel next door. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.
