-staff had good customer service, very nice -they let me store my luggage upon check out since my flight was a late night one -bathroom was actually nice and clean, liked how spacious it was -the location was great since it was in the heart of Chinatown but also close to downtown and everywhere on my list that I wanted to visit. 15m walk to Lau pa sat hawker center which was my favorite, had everything I needed. Bus and subways within walking distance. -liked that the elevator would only operate if you tap your keycard so that means not just anyone could go in -area felt safe for the most part

Superb location, near to clark quay MRT/ bus stations. Abt 15mins walk from Chinatown + Raffles Place. The room is very clean, not nearby busy road hence less noise disturbances. Staffs are helpful too.

Located very close to an area with restaurants, bars and clubs. Walking distance to china town, clarke quay and Sinapore river. Room very clean, but very small. Bed is very comfy.

The bed was soft and, the washroom was fairly big and clean. It was helpful to have an electric kettle in the room and a hairdryer. I came and went according to my convenience and the room cleaning did their job without causing any disturbance. The locality was very pleasant and the fact that it was opposite to Clarke Quey Central made it very ideal for me to travel conveniently. The staff always helped me with directions and other information which is also appreciable.

My priority was to pick a place with a clean bathroom and bedding, and this was a good pick. There's toiletries, coffee, and tea. The location is amazing. The girl at the reception always has a smile on her face and is kind.
