room interior is a bit outdated breakfast perfect service colleagues very pleasant location is nice but in general Singapore is in need of updates and renovations

Bathtub even it's small but good to relax soak in hot water. Bed was nice and comfortable but it will be good to have extra pillow

We were given a pleasant room on the 9th floor with a great view. After 3 nights, the a/c broke and we were moved to an even better room on the 10th floor with a fantastic view. We were very pleased with this hotel.

I always choose this hotel because of its location. It's very close to two MRT stations and all the shopping on Orchard Road.

Room was located on the top level (10) and was very clean. Housekeeping made our beds and changed our towels daily and were also very prompt to bring us fresh towels whenever I called them after a visit to the rooftop pool. The hotel location is very near to shopping centres and train stations.
