Location was really good and central for all shopping needs. The breakfast buffet was really varied, catering for pretty much all cuisines, and tasty too - didn’t need to have any lunch after! Wish I had more time to use the pool and fitness facilities.

For the first time in many years and countries, a hotel employee asked me for my room number when I asked for an extra bottle of water in the room. The toilet was poorly cleaned. The shower gel ran out, no one added it during cleaning. The menu in the executive lounge is very poor,

the place is beautifully renovated compared to its days as mandarin orchard. It was super modern and elegant. Loved the restaurants, especially shisen hanten and Estate. beautiful deco and great 1star michelin food. Estate has a colonial vibe yet they kept it modern and private. totally enjoyed our meals there

Beyond expectation, I like this hotel so much. The location is very convenient, easy to access to the near by malls like orchard ion, paragon etc. the room is very nice and comfortable.

Absolutely fabulous! Everything is superb Helpful staff Location is good, just a little bit further away from the airport but Taxis are readily available to and from the airport.
