Full payment is required within 24 hours upon booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The property reserves the right to request for full payment or cancel the booking, should the guest fail to do so. The property is located in a building with no elevator. From 28 February 2022, Heritage Collection on Chinatown will be activating its mobile self check-in process! Here are some important information to note before you book: -All staying guests must have a valid credit/debit card to be issued a mobile key. -A valid passport is required to complete your pre-arrival registration form and for verification upon check-in. -Complete check in process will be shared via email upon completing your booking. The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This is a non-smoking premise. A fine of SGD1000 will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit and impose eviction and/or charge on the credit/debit card provided. The payable total price may be increased by 1% due to the GST increase in 2024.This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise.

Had a fantastic stay at The Heritage in Singapore. The loft-style room was spacious, stylish, and spotless. The location was great—quiet yet central—and the staff (Carms, Mary, and Maica) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The privacy was top-notch, making for a very relaxing experience. Definitely planning to return!

Booked this place at the last minute after the place I was staying wasn't meeting my expectations. I wish I was at the heritage collection on Chinatown my whole trip. Amazing hospitality by Mary, Maica and Carms. Kindest people, beautiful property, convenient location. Definitely booking only here when visiting Singapore again.

dream place china town hotel from a distance stands out elegantly .. fully automated but the help here did wonders because I didn't know English .. nicely and step by step explained everything .. the room was modest in size but had everything it should have a decent room clean smelling with all cosmetics even for dishes and home powder .. air conditioning with extraction made it possible to breathe .. thank you for the nice time spent Carms mary and maica thank you for your understanding and patience 😁

The location was excellent, in the heart of Chinatown and check-in was easy. A minor issue with linen in my room was fixed immediately after messaging the team. The team (Mary, Maica and Carms) also sent helpful information and answered questions quickly.

The rooms were tiny, but super comfy! Everything one might need - starting from washer/dryer to all necessary amenities. And the customer service was amazing! Thanks Carms, Mary and Maica :) Definitely will be my choice when back in Singapore.
