Excellent location close to Chinatown, easy walk to main attractions and numerous eateries, great staff always willing to help. Airport transfers were seamless and punctual.

We loved this hotel but you must book the executive club room. It's a little bit more money but you will recoup that money back within no time. The executive club rooms are all the high floors 20 and above so the views are spectacular especially at night. The room itself is comfortable and include a nice walk in shower and bath tub. Each floor also has a fresh water dispenser, which is a nice touch. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide selection of well cooked food both Asian and Western style. The absolute best point of the executive room comes in the evening. Free drinks and nibbles are available from 6pm to 8pm. The canapés are lovely and the drink is free flowing. You can have beer, wine and spirits without restrictions. The guys are more than happy to keep the drink and food coming. A beer in Singapore can cost as much as £10 in bars and restaurants. So that free drink for 2 hours can save you a fortune. Also you can chat and mingle with other guests and possibly make friends. Everyone is friendly when the drink is free and the staff always have a smile. We ate a hearty breakfast and the nibbles in the evening and must admit never paid to eat anywhere else in the 4 nights we were there.

The staff were amazing! They were so helpful with my 2 year old giving him so much food and entertaining him whilst we were waiting for our taxi to the airport. Everyone was so lovely. Great location. So close to the metro and easy to get everywhere.
