The staff is very friendly, every time they saw us they greeted us. They also helped us with carrying our suitcases to the room. The rooms were also cleaned every day and the hotel is close to a metro station.

I love how helpful the staff is and they would clean and replace our towels/toothbrushes everyday

Good location (approx. 15-minute walk to Novena MRT station; the bus stop is almost right outside the hotel; 24h Balestier Market [hawker centre] is right across from the hotel; the closest laundromat is approx. 10-minute walk). 24/7 front desk support. Cosy room. Fresh towels and room cleaning/tidy-up are available daily. Complimentary bottled water and instant coffee/tea are available. International power outlet and USB charging ports are available in the room.
