Very friendly, accommodating, and well trained staff. Also the hotel was near to everything. Bus stop, hawking centre, convenience store.. 😊

Upon arrival for check-in, the room was not yet prepared. While I waited 30 minutes, I was kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the location was convenient, near a local food market. The staffs were helpful. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is a bit further from the MRT station.

The beds were comfy, they supplied bottled water and a hair dryer. The location was good with laundrette near by and walking distance to the underground.
