The staff were lovely and very welcoming. They are probably a key reason why we would consider coming back, even if we didn't fully appreciate our room setup. The location is also really good, with links to the MRT and walking distance to plenty of attractions. The Raffles City shopping mall was very convenient!

Prime location in the heart of Singapore which is steps away to the train station. Luxurious room with amazing view.

Very friendly welcoming staff in all departments. Hotel was in a great location. Bed was comfy and in room amenities were what you would need. Would have liked to have used the mini bar to keep milk/drinks purchased from outside cold but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Breakfast at Prego was good - decent selection but quite busy. I used the concierge email to ask them to print me out my concert ticket and it was done and delivered to my room within about 10 minutes late at night which was greatly appreciated.

We liked this hotel very much. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We were also offered the hospitality lounge since we had a late flight, which was excellent (showers etc.).

The Hotel was close to shops and other attractions like the markets and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff went out of their way to accommodate each requests. There was lots of varieties for a buffet breakfast.

The hotel was close to shops and there was restaurants everywhere. Walking distance to all attractions. The buffet breakfast had quite a lot of varieties. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious for a family.
